DALLAS, Feb. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Cinergy Entertainment Group announced today the appointment of Darek Heathas the new Chief Operating Officer. Darek Heath started at Cinergy Entertainment as the Vice President of Operations, tackling a large-scale project to revamp Cinergy’s culture and core values with a targeted and clear vision. He assumes his new role as Chief Operating Officer as Cinergy plans to open two new locations this year in addition to expansion projects slated for 2019 and beyond. He brings his extensive background in operations to execute an effective strategy that accommodates Cinergy’s expansion.

Darek Heath spent 13 years at Studio Movie Grill, where he gained field experience as a General Manager and quickly worked to become the Director of Operations. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Development from 2006 to 2012 before becoming Vice President of Training and Recruiting in January 2013. Before concluding his chapter with Studio Movie Grill in 2015, Darek successfully developed and launched the Studio Movie Grill University, which focused on teaching managers at all levels leadership and management development. He joined Dickey’s Barbecue as Vice President of Training, quickly becoming the Vice President of Operations. He joined Cinergy Entertainment Group in August 2016 as the Vice President of Operations.
