Marcus Theatres and Movie Tavern will host The Super Mario Galaxy Star Power Party starting on Saturday, April 4 at 77 locations throughout the U.S.. Admission to the special fan event costs just $5 more than a general admission ticket and includes:
- One admission to The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, in theaters April 1
- A mini popcorn cauldron collectible
- A Blind Bag Luma push pin (collector’s edition, only available in theaters)
- A junior popcorn
Nintendo gamers and families are encouraged to arrive early dressed up as Bowser, Rosalina, Mario, or another favorite video game character as they blast off to galaxies full of power-building activities and pixelated photo spots.
Select Marcus Theatres and Movie Tavern locations will offer guests the ability to turbocharge their day with the option to purchase in-theater-only merchandise such as the Yoshi popcorn bucket, the Luma LED popcorn bucket, and character-themed mini popcorn cauldrons and plush keychains. Merchandise will be available onsite beginning at premiere screenings and is available in limited quantities.
