The 90,000 foot complex is strategically located in an area known to locals as “Midessa” (Midland County, but Odessa city limits) on Highway 191, a half mile east of Faudree Road. “We are thrilled to open our second Cinergy location in West Texas,” states Jamie Benson, Cinergy’s co-founder and Executive Vice President. “Not only is it our largest and most ambitious project to date, but it is the only center like it in the country to offer so many entertainment options under one roof. The “Midessa” location will make for a super-regional draw.”

Cinergy Odessa featuring EPIC will boast 10 state-of-the-art auditoriums, 18 lanes of upscale bowling with sophisticated design and seating along with over 240″ TV screens, 4 billiard tables, a full-service bar with massive 75″ TV’s perfect for any sports fans, a fully-loaded game floor with more than 100 interactive, virtual, and video games, a large redemption store, a chef-prepared menu, a multi-level laser tag arena, Sky Walker with a zip line (a gravity-defying, black light overhead ropes course), and multiple event rooms. Auditoriums will showcase large wall-to-wall screens, enhanced QSC 7.1 digital sound, and luxury electric recliner seating with attached swivel tables. This location also includes a Cinergy EPIC (“Experience Perfection in Cinema”) auditorium. Even more amazing, with the Midland and Odessacomplexes both featuring EPIC, Cinergy now has the two largest screens in the Permian Basin! Cinergy Odessa will preview the highly anticipated advance screenings Thursday November 3rd of “Hacksaw Ridge” at 7pm, “Trolls” at 5pm, and “Dr. Strange” at 7pm in the EPIC auditorium.

Cinergy will provide the ultimate entertainment experience in the Permian Basin. The center will introduce new amenities such as boutique bowling, a full-service bar and billiards. “We are fully staffed with 360 employees and training is in progress so that we can exceed our guests’ expectations from day one,” states Jeffrey Benson, Cinergy’s CEO. One way Cinergy will do that is through the use of Order Commander, a new seat side ordering system in the EPIC auditorium with plans to expand into all auditoriums in the coming months. The Order Commander seat-side ordering system allows Cinergy’s guests to place and pay for their orders from a touchscreen device mounted at every seat and their food and beverage is discretely delivered. “Order Commander and the entire Cinergy Entertainment concept is the future of the indoor entertainment experience,” states Benson. “This is not an evolution, but a revolution!” Cinergy will be the first cinema in the country to premiere such a seat side ordering system. Not only will guests be able to order at their seat in the auditorium, they can also order in the lobby, at game room tables and on their bowling lane all from tablet size Order Commander devices.
